Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with all original tags attached

  • Free from signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags

Refund Options

Store Credit Only: For eligible returns, we issue store credit. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method for standard returns. Store credit will be issued within 5-10 business days of our receipt of the returned item and does not expire.

Exception for Fulfillment Errors and Manufacturing Defects: If we made a fulfillment error (e.g., shipped the wrong item) or if the item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., defective stitching, incorrect sizing due to manufacturing error), you may receive a full refund to your original payment method. See Section 6.6 for details.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gloeproduct.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we made a fulfillment error, please contact us at support@gloeproduct.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Due to limited inventory, we are unable to offer replacements.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order.
