Not feeling your order? No problem. You’ve got 14 days from when your order ships to send it back for store credit, we do not offer exchanges.

HOW TO START
Email support@gloeproduct.com and request a return, including return reason and original order number. Support will respond within 48 hours and provide you with a return mailing label or alternative instructions.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your store credit will be processed automatically. You will be able to access your store credit via your customer account by logging in at www.gloeproduct.com.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you did not receive the correct item(s) or your order is missing any items, please contact support@gloeproduct.com immediately so we can make it right.
